FRONT END

– FRONT END COORDINATOR – 

The Front End Coordinator supports the Front End Manager to ensure a great customer experience. They are solution-oriented, skilled at implementing and maintaining systems, and an effective communicator and leader. 

Main responsibilities include customer service, sales transactions and reconciliation, accurate cash handling, staff support and supervision (directing, coaching, and training), and ensuring the area is safe, friendly, and inviting. This position also supports store operations in other departments as needed and appropriate.

Schedule: Full Time – 32-40 hours per week – This role requires a mix of morning, closing (8:30pm), and mid-shifts. One weekend shift is also required. 

Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

PREPARED FOODS DEPARTMENT 

Earn while you learn! No experience necessary. Learn from professionals with more than 25 years combined experience in the culinary arts. Curriculum includes knife skills training, ServSafe certification, and basic cooking techniques.

– PREP COOK –

Responsibilities include making salads, sandwiches, and hot bar items by preparing fresh ingredients – washing, chopping, portioning, and storing produce and proteins. Following recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize food waste. Work ing efficiently, with a sense of urgency, cleanliness, and safety in mind. This shift is from 7:00AM-3:00PM

– WEEKEND DISHWASHER –

Responsibilities include washing pots, mixing bowls, and other equipment dirtied during the cooking process. Rising Tide uses a 3-bay sink system as well as an automatic sanitizing machine. The dishwasher is also responsible for making coffee, keeping the hot bar area stocked with cups, lids, etc. In addition, there are some basic prep responsibilities such as wrapping baked goods, pooling eggs, etc. This is a part-time position on Saturdays and Sundays.  The shift is from 7 am to 3 pm each day. We are looking for someone reliable and who enjoys working on a team in a busy environment. Must be willing and able to stand throughout the shift.
