-CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (FRONT END) MANAGER-
The Front End Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Front End operations. The Front End Manager ensures accurate and efficient customer check-out, proper cash handling, and consistently phenomenal customer service. This position upholds management best practices, develops and mentors department personnel, adheres to labor guidelines, and ensures others maintain compliance with policy and procedures by establishing clear expectations. This position also implements accountability practices including the development and carrying out of department procedures for customer service, department conditions, staff supervision, safety, productivity, and other workplace conditions in a manner that upholds the values of Rising Tide Co-op and the cooperative identity.

-MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES MANAGER-
The Maintenance and Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the safety, security, cleanliness, and functionality of all of Rising Tide’s equipment, property, and related buildings and grounds. This position works closely with the General Manager, Store Manager and Department Managers on the specific challenges to organize, coordinate and complete building and equipment maintenance projects. In coordination with the General Manager, this position supports capital projects, ensures that budgets are met, and all department policies and procedures are followed. A successful candidate must be available to match the business needs and will be required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
