– CASHIER/TEAM MEMBER –

Team Members work throughout the store in various departments, offering support in customer service, cashiering, stocking and displaying products, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Most importantly, Team Members make all our customers feel welcomed by acknowledging or greeting each customer and providing genuine, helpful, and respectful customer service. Starting wage is $17.00/hour.

– DISHWASHER –

Rising Tide Co-op is looking for a dishwasher. Responsibilities include washing pots, mixing bowls, and other equipment dirtied during the cooking process. Rising Tide uses a 3-bay sink system as well as an automatic sanitizing machine. The dishwasher is also responsible for making coffee, keeping the hot bar area stocked with cups, lids, etc. In addition, there are some basic prep responsibilities such as wrapping baked goods, pooling eggs, etc. Shifts may vary and may include weekend day(s). We are looking for someone reliable and who enjoys working on a team in a busy environment. Must be willing and able to stand throughout the shift.

– BAKER –

Rising Tide is looking for an experienced full-time Baker.  The Baker is responsible for providing consistently phenomenal customer service, creating delicious bakery products for customers, and maintaining attractive and full displays of products. This position upholds Co-op standards including genuine customer service, department conditions, safety, productivity, and other workplace conditions in a manner that upholds the values of Rising Tide Co-op and the co-operative identity.

This is a Full-Time position (30 – 40 hours weekly)  – both morning and afternoon shifts are available – one weekend shift is required. Starting wage is $17.50/hour

Rising Tide is a from-scratch bakery.  This role is responsible for full production (start to finish) of muffins, scones, quick breads, galettes, cakes, cookies, etc.   Bakers follow store recipes and portion guidelines.  We are looking for someone who is reliable and enjoys working in a busy environment.  Candidates must have good math skills, organizational and time management skills, and experience with production baking and associated equipment.  Bakers must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift, lift 50 pounds, maintain a clean and organized baking area, and follow all sanitation and food safety regulations.
