– FRONT END MANAGER – 

Rising Tide seeks a Front End Manager. This full-time, 40 hours per week salaried position, reports to the Cooperative Experience Manager and oversees cashiers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members that work throughout the store. The schedule includes a weekend day and a mix of morning, closing (8:30pm), and midday shifts. 

Qualified candidates will be committed to creating an excellent customer experience and vibrant team culture. Strong money-handling skills and personnel management experience are required.  

The starting pay range for this position is $50,000- $65,000, depending on experience.

– COORDINATORS –

Rising Tide seeks the following Coordinator positions. These are full-time roles, 32-40 hours per week, and require a mix of morning, closing (8:30pm), and mid-shifts. One weekend shift is also required. Coordinators will be trained to see the whole store, including walk-throughs, some opening and closing shift responsibilities, receiving, purchasing, and team supervision (quarterbacking) for daily tasks. 

  • Two Center Store Coordinators 
  • One Produce Coordinator 

Rising Tide commits to offering a hands-on, in-house training curriculum to support the success of our new Coordinators. The starting pay range is $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Earn while you learn! No experience necessary. Learn from professionals with more than 50 years combined experience in the culinary arts. Curriculum includes knife skills training, ServSafe certification, and basic to more advanced cooking techniques.
