The Rising Tide Deli uses the best possible ingredients available. We use only organic or natural ingredients and locally sourced as much as possible. Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen by our wonderful team and includes options for vegans, gluten-free (our facility is not certified), and dairy-free.

The Grab & Go cooler includes salads and sandwiches that are made fresh daily and available for pick-up when you grab your breakfast in the morning.

Bakery

At Rising Tide Co-op, we select the finest ingredients to make our baked goods in-house every day. We strive to use local, organic, and natural ingredients in our baking, with occasional substitutions if needed.

We offer a variety of products including muffins, scones, cookies, cakes, pies, breads, and more. We also offer tasty gluten-free and vegan options.
