Nia Mindful Movement Series
What is Nia? The NIA Technique is a mind/body physical conditioning program that combines martial arts, modern dance arts, and yoga in a workout set to music. This joyful and creative method makes fitness FUN!
Join Anna Fiedler, a certified Nia blue belt teacher who has taught Nia since 2007. Nia is energizing mind body and soul work out. Anna enjoys creating space for others to tap into their own power and well-being through movement.
Our Nia Series will be held on Saturdays at 9:30 am, from February 15 through March 7. Series cost: Only $40 Once the series starts, if you have not pre-paid, you are welcome to drop in anytime for $15/per class. To enroll, call Rising Tide at 563-5556 or stop in to pay at the register.
