The Rising Tide Deli uses the best possible ingredients available. We use only organic or natural ingredients and locally sourced as much as possible. Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen by our wonderful team and includes options for vegans, gluten-free (our facility is not certified), and dairy-free.

We invite you to eat in the comfort of our Cafe or take your food to go. The Hot Bar is available with breakfast items when we open at 7:30, including breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, and soups!

Lunch starts at 11:00 and dishes are replenished throughout the day that can be grabbed for dinner until 6:00 pm. For the Winter, the Hot Bar is closed on Sundays, but soups and sandwiches are always available.

New this year, the Organic Salad Bar utilizes fresh organic produce, house-made pasta and grain salads, and hard-boiled eggs. Our salad dressings are all homemade. The Grab & Go cooler includes salads and sandwiches that are made fresh daily and available for pick-up when you grab your breakfast in the morning. Don’t miss out on our expanding selection of chicken wings seasoned with our own special sauces or place an order for trays of sandwiches, wings, vegetables and dips, desserts, or other items you need to entertain with ease and style.
