Due to  COVID-19, Rising Tide will be closed to the public and taking Curbside Orders only.
Curbside Pick-Up will be available Monday through Saturday.

  • Orders must be placed online by noon for the same day pick up.
  • Orders placed after noon (12:00pm) will be processed on the following day.
  • At this time, we cannot take special orders, but as soon as our stock is fully replenished we will again make that option available.
    We recognize that as a nice service at the co-op.
  • Bread deliveries and other information will be made available as we develop this program to best meet the needs of our community and support our local vendors.
  • We cannot take returns at this time unless Rising Tide made a mistake with the items we provided.
  • Senior discount is being honored Tuesday-Thursday, but please use only once during the week. Be certain to ask for the discount on your order form. We are unable to give the discount after the fact.
  • Please consider donating to the Loving Local Meals in lieu of a service fee or tip.
  • Pick up time will be assigned to you from the Rising Tide Team.
  • Please call us (563-5556) when you reach the co-op parking lot and we will deliver your order to your car.

Our ability to sustain Curbside Pick-up will depend on product availability, staff capacity,
and customer feedback. We ask for your patience.

How does Curbside Pick-up Work?

1. From 9:00-12:00 – online or over the phone 

  • Calling in your order:
    • A staff person will take your name and number and you will be called back or, if available, your call will be transferred to the appropriate person to fulfill your order.
    • Be ready with a list of items.  We can take bulk orders up to 5lbs. 
    • If you are interested in ordering beer or wine, please email our Specialty Department directly HERE
    • Once your order is taken,  the staff person will personally gather your order and will then call you back to confirm availability and order total. That person will then take your credit card information. The same person will process your order at the register and then shred the credit card information.
    • Please only call to check on your order if you have not heard from us by 5:00.

    • Fill out the online form with your name, phone number and the items you need.
